Complete Event Planning: for the "Pampered Bride"
Complete Event Planning & Coordination Package includes, but is not limited to, site scouting, vendor scouting/procurement/contracting, detail management, stationary design/printing, event theme development & design, travel arrangements, favor assembly, etc. Quite simply, we handle all details necessary to plan & produce the event of your dreams. Price is 15% of managed event budget, $1500 minimum fee.
Day-Of Coordination 1 & 2: for the "Hands-On Bride"
Day-Of Coordination Package 1 actually begins eight weeks before your wedding date. We will receive contracts and vendor details from you. We contact your vendors, make sure that all details are covered and design your wedding day timeline. From this point on, you can relax and look forward to your event. We will do what it takes for your wedding to be completely polished to perfection! This package includes one face-to-face vendor meeting, unlimited email advice during eight weeks, three planning hours and eight hours of onsite coordination the day of your event. $1000
Day-Of Coordination Package 2 begins two weeks before your wedding date. We will receive contracts and vendor details from you. We contact your vendors, discuss your plans in detail, make sure that all details are covered and design your wedding day timeline, which we disburse to all vendors as well as family, friends and the wedding party. This package includes a 1.5 hour wedding rehearsal, unlimited email contact/advice during contract weeks and five hours onsite coordination the day of your event. $750.

Event and Floral Design: for the Bride who wants Flawless Florals without the high cost of a Florist
I highly recommend a design consultation at the very beginning of your planning period! Even before you pick a venue, you should know what your dream design is. Event design and personal aesthetic should be key factors in considering where your event will be held. For event/floral design, you will fill out our decor questionaire and provide us with a floral and design budget. Upon design conceptualization, we will provide you with a service quote and the creative process begins from there!
